There are many reasons for a land owner to sell.  Often its to eliminate a tax and oversight burden or to obtain cash to cover other responsibilities or fund personal endeavors. 

If you received a Purchase Agreement in the mail,  sign and return it or call us to discuss any questions you might have.   We'll conduct a rapid evaluation of the land and go to closing in as little as 2 weeks.  At closing, you receive your cash payment.

We are looking for motivated sellers in rural locations.   The land should be suitable for recreation or residential development. 

We will utilize a licensed attorney and/or settlement agent to manage the closing, hold escrow, transfer the title, and perform all necessary recording of records with the county.
